Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions explain how users can ask Acreloom to delete Facebook and Meta data connected through Facebook Login, Meta Ads, lead forms, Pages, ad accounts, Instagram accounts, or related Meta integrations.
Use this page as the Data deletion instructions URL for the Acreloom Meta app. It does not create an automated callback request by itself.

Who this page is for
This page explains how to request deletion of Facebook and Meta data connected to Acreloom.
- People who authorized Acreloom through Facebook or Meta and want associated data removed.
- Brokers, companies, or staff who connected Facebook Pages, ad accounts, Instagram accounts, lead forms, or lead campaigns inside Acreloom.
- Users who removed Acreloom from Facebook Apps and Websites and need instructions for requesting deletion from Acreloom.
Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request to acreloom@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the Acreloom account, workspace, or Facebook connection before making changes.
- Use the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
- Include your Acreloom account email or phone number, company or workspace name, and any Facebook Page, ad account, or Instagram account identifiers you recognize.
- Say clearly whether you want deletion of Facebook/Meta connection data only or broader Acreloom account data as well.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or other sensitive secrets in the request.
Data covered by a Facebook deletion request
After verification, Acreloom will delete or de-identify Facebook and Meta data that is no longer needed for lawful business, security, or compliance purposes.
- Facebook app-scoped user IDs and stored Meta connection records.
- Facebook Page IDs, ad account IDs, Instagram account IDs, lead form IDs, and related connection metadata saved for the verified requester.
- Stored Meta access tokens and token expiry details associated with the verified connection.
- Meta lead import records, campaign linkage data, and source metadata where deletion is permitted and does not conflict with legal, security, or customer record obligations.
Remove Acreloom from Facebook
You can also remove Acreloom directly from your Facebook account settings. This revokes future access, but you should still send the email request if you want Acreloom to delete previously stored data.
- Open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites.
- Find Acreloom in the active or removed apps list.
- Choose Remove, and select any data deletion request option Facebook presents.
- Email acreloom@gmail.com with the details above so Acreloom can process the matching request in its own systems.
Processing and confirmation
Acreloom will review deletion requests after identity and ownership checks are complete.
- We will confirm receipt at the email address used for the request or another verified account contact.
- Eligible Facebook/Meta connection data will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after verification, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
- If any data cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain the reason, such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal retention duties.
- Deleting Facebook/Meta connection data can disable Meta Ads, lead form sync, campaign reporting, and related dashboard features.
Important distinction
A Facebook data deletion request is not always the same as closing an Acreloom account or deleting all broker, company, listing, billing, or CRM records.
- To request broader account deletion, say that clearly in your email so the team can review the full account and workspace impact.
- Workspace owners, brokers, and companies may have separate responsibilities for exported leads or records they process outside Acreloom.
- This page should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any customer-specific data processing terms that apply to your workspace.
